1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• A confirmation will be sent once your booking is processed. Also we processed you manually for double confirmation.
• Please ensure all details (pickup location, time, and passenger count) are accurate.

2. Payment

• Payment can be made online or directly to the driver (cash or card, depending on availability).
• Prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the itinerary.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled. As we do not charge clients for booking confirmation. There is no refund policy.

4. Pickup and Drop-off

• Drivers will arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
• Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed time.
• Waiting time beyond the agreed period may incur additional charges.

5. Luggage

• Passengers are responsible for their luggage.
• Please inform us in advance if you have oversized or excessive luggage.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety guidelines.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
• Damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• We carry full insurance for passenger safety but are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
